tea enthusiasts. Each square of BISCOTTEA® shortbread, baked with real tea, is the ideal pairing
at tea-time. Similarly, we created BISCOFFEE™ in response to requests from our coffee drinking friends in Seattle, where we are based. We source the finest Organic coffees available and bake these into each square of BISCOFFEE™ shortbread.

To accommodate special dietary requirements, we have also introduced a BISCOTTEA® Gluten
Free line in our three most popular flavors. We have an amazing pipeline of product innovation in three category ‘partner’ segments, Tea, Coffee & Special Diets. Initial product assortment offerings will parallel the most popular partner Tea & Coffee flavors, and line extensions will mirror the latest trends within these categories.
